私がカナダに居た頃大ブレイクしていたのがSpice girls。
今やベッカム夫人となってアホセレブ丸出しの
Victoriaも、この頃はしっかりPoshとしてアイドル
してて可愛かったねぇ。
それにしても当時 Spice girls dollが発売された時、
どの人形もすぐに売り切れ続出だったのにPoshだけ
売れ残っててちょっとモノ悲しかった覚えが。ーー；
ホストファミリーのチビ達もそれぞれScary（Mel B.）と
Baby(Emma)のdollを手に入れてて結構可愛かっタので、
私もナニゲにScaryとGinger（Geri）が欲しかった記憶がある☆
この曲はカナダに居た頃、一緒に居ればケンカばかり
だった遠い日本に居る母を思い出させて
ガラにもなくその歌詞に ちょっと涙してしまった曲。
この歌の中の娘はまさに私そのもので、自分のバカ娘加減と
母の偉大なる愛情に改めて気付かされて涙したのよねん☆
その後自分が母になって、更に涙した（してる）、曲。
英語が解る、ケンカばかりしてたママが居る人、
そして今は自分がママになってる人、
きっと私のようにちょっとウルッときちゃうんじゃないカナ…。☆
